The most important element in evaluating the quality of child development programs is the experience and dedication of the staff. On Pegasus' Wings recruits the most experienced and dedicated contributors in Austin. Each of our staff members has ample experience in equestrian related training programs.
Our organization is supported by men, women,
children, housewives, businessmen, teenagers, school board members, realtors,
horse wranglers, mortgage bankers, personal trainers, accountants,
photographers, horse lovers, therapists, rough riders, sales people, marketing
coordinators, horse breeders & musicians. We are your neighbors. Please
feel welcome to join us in any capacity that you are able.
Debbie Lloyd, Executive Director, has been committed to equestrian related charities throughout her life; Wipe Out Cancer at Willow Bend, the James Brady Riding Program in San Francisco and charitable events for National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington DC. Inspired by Pastor Will Davis Jr's sermon, "Get off the Couch", Debbie’s inspiration is to provide our community with a local program working with Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) focused on challenged and disadvantaged youths.
