Programs for Veterans

"Coming Home Again" - this new seminar addresses issues thatarise from military service including extended separation from one's family and friends, recurring deployments, stress-anxiety-depression management, substance abuse and domestic violence. 

Not just the Founder of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Greg Kersten is a veteran ofthe United States Army. Mr. Kersten has had the honor of certifying the military staff and volunteers at the United States Air Force Acadamy in Colorado, and is now bringing his personal and professional knowledge of military culture to the training of civilians in this important and timely work.

We are in the process of starting a local chapter for this organization which is dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of active military service personnel and veterans through fly fishing and fly tying education and outings.
